Start with your task. Residential proxies suit general public web data collection. Choose mobile proxies when carrier-network behavior is required. Consider unlimited plans for sustained traffic with a known duration and bandwidth requirement.
Does a rotating proxy change IP on every request?
Rotation depends on the product and your configuration. For a multi-step task, use a supported sticky session and keep its identifier consistent. A sticky session is not a permanent static IP; confirm the available duration before starting.
How are the plans billed?
Residential and mobile plans list a GB allowance, price per GB and package total. Unlimited plans list the service duration, bandwidth tier and package total. Compare the whole package rather than treating these units as interchangeable.
Does unlimited traffic mean unlimited speed?
No. Unlimited plans are still bounded by the chosen bandwidth and duration. Actual throughput also depends on destination response times, concurrency and the network path.
